Cancellations and Returns:

Orders can be cancelled if the products have not yet been delivered or shipped. Once they are shipped or delivered to the users, they are no longer permitted to cancel. Any returns after that will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Within reason, we will do what we can to ensure customer satisfaction. If a refund is the only option, My Cream reserves the right to offer all monies as store credit or that any refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay Courier charges for the return of the products to

Once refund is accepted, 4 Business Days we will transfer the amount to customers account If store credit is accepted, 3 Months is the validity to use it.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, defective, or item not as described, please contact us for a partial/full refund or replacement on My Cream terms and conditions. Receive the product within 7 days, we will be happy to exchange or refund for you, as long as all original packaging and accessories are in original condition. We maintain high standards of excellence and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
